Each week we offer Expert Advice: How to roll sushi:  Japanese Show 1.  Cook sushi grade rice in a rice cooker. 2. Set the Nori sheet on the Bamboo Mat 3.  Roll out rice on Nori sheet. 4.  Lay ingredients lengthwise on the Nori Sheet 5.  Roll sheet into roll. 6.  Remove mat. 7.  Slice into thumb size portions with sushi knives.
