The first years shows
will wrap-up with a cookbook covering
cuisine-by-cuisine, course-by-course all of the
restaurants, chefs, and their recipes. Add
to this will be a bit on the history of the
cuisine, special ingredients, utensils and
business etiquette. Look for Charlie to
throw in a few recipes of his own as well as
some submitted by views.
